Terms of service

Payment. Online orders are paid in full at checkout. For orders placed directly with us, orders under 25 pieces and rush orders are paid in full up front. Larger orders need a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve production time and buy garments, and the balance is due before pickup or shipment. Checks and bank transfers must clear before production begins.

Proofs. Production starts only after you approve your proof in writing. You're responsible for checking spelling, artwork, size, placement and garment color. One revision is included, and each additional revision is $15.

Color. On-screen previews are approximate. Printed colors vary slightly by fabric and garment color, and exact color matches can't be guaranteed.

Your artwork. By uploading artwork, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you agree to hold Elevate PrintWerks harmless against any claim that it infringes someone else's rights. We need vector art or images at 300 DPI or higher. Low-resolution art can be redrawn at $25–$50 per hour.

Customer-supplied garments. Please send 1–2 extra pieces per size. We're not responsible for misprints within a 3% spoilage allowance.

Sales tax is charged based on the delivery address, or at our Lakewood rate for in-store pickup.
